A Microsoft liberou nesta última semana um Cumulative hotfix que corrigo o problema que ocorre quando você instala o SQL Server 2005 SP1 em uma máquina que também está rodando o SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). O problema é que se o SSIS estiver rodando antes de você instalar o SP1, o SSIS não iniciará e a seguinte mensagem será logado no system event log: “The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion”.
